Patti Halliwell
Patti is the mother Halliwell. She was born on April 5th, 1950. She was married to Victor Bennett (The Halliwells' father) but they were separated and she had a relationship with her whiteliter, Sam Wilder. She had the power of temporal stasis, or to freeze time. She died on February 28th, 1978 while fighting a water demon. Her daughters never really got to know her and she is a big issue in their lives. She attended Piper's wedding as a human as a gift from the elders. She returns as a ghost every now and then but otherwise she is not around.
Penelope Halliwell/Johnson *Grams*
Grams was born on June 23rd, 1937. Grams was married six times but Jack Halliwell is Patti's father. Grams is Patti's mother and the sisters' grandmother. She was married to She raised the Charmed Ones after Patti died. She was a powerful witch and she had the power of telekinesis. She binded the sister's powers when they were young so that the warlock Nicholas couldn't hurt them. She was going to permanately bind their powers but she died before she had the chance. She died of a heartattack on March 3rd, 1998.
Victor Bennett/Jones/Halliwell
Victor is the father of the Charmed Ones. He was married to Patti but he ditched the family when the sisters were just young. He only recently re-entered the sisters' life. The sisters initially rejected him because of his earlier disappearing act but slowly he is becoming one of the family. He knows the family secret but he is just a regular mortal.
