Quit planning how you are going to use what you know,
learn or possess.
Gods gifts just are;
be grateful and their purpose will be clear.
When you walk with someone,
dont think about what you'll say next.
Thoughts will spring up naturally if you let them.
Talk and play with children.
It will bring out the unhurried little person inside you.
Create a place in your home ...
at your work ...
in your heart ...
where you can go for quiet and recollection.
You deserve it.
Allow yourself time to be lazy and unproductive.
Rest isn't a luxury, it's a necessity.
Listen to the wind blow.
it carries a message of yesterday and tomorrow ...
and now...
Now counts.
Rest on your laurels.
They bring comfort whatever their size, age or condition.
Talk slower.
Talk less.
Don't talk.
Communication isn't measured by words.
Give yourself permission to be late sometimes.
Life is for living, not scheduling.
Listen to the song of a bird ...
the complete song.
Music and nature are gifts,
but only if you are willing to receive them.
Take time to think.
Action is good and necessary,
but it's fruitful only if we muse,
ponder and mull.
Make time for play ...
the things you like to do.
Whatever your age, your inner child needs re-creation.
Watch and listen to the night sky.
It speaks.
Listen to the words you speak ...
especially in prayer.
Learn to stand back and let other take their turn as leaders.
There will always be new opportunities for you to
step out in front again.
Divide big jobs into little jobs.
If God took six days to create the universe,
can you do any
When you find yourself rushing and anxious, stop!
Ask yourself why you are rushing and anxious.
The reasons may improve your self-understanding.
Take time to read ..
the Bible,
poetry,
great books.
Thoughtful reading is enriching reading.
Direct your life with purposeful choices,
not with speed and efficiency.
The best musician is one who plays with expression
and meaning, not the one who finishes first.
Take a day off alone;
make a retreat.
You can learn from monks and hermits
without becoming one.
Pet a furry friend.
You will give and get the gift of now.
Work with your hands.
It frees the mind.
Take time to wonder.
without wonder, life is merely existence.
Sit in the dark.
It will treat you to see and hear,
taste and smell.
Once in awhile,
turn down the lights,
the throttle,
the invitations.
Less really can be more.
Let go.
Nothing is usually the hardest thing to do ...
but often it is the best.
Take a walk ...
but don't go anywhere.
If you walk just to get somewhere,
you sacrifice the walking.
When things are in chaos
and you are in a frenzy,
ask yourself:
What is right about now?
Chances are, you already know what is wrong.
Count your blessings
one at a time and slowly.

How wonderful to receive your snail mail today !
It was a wonderful and great surprise.
I sure miss you and Vicky , but I haven't heard from her yet.
Every now and again I use my daughters phone line to retrieve my email.
I do this maybe twice a week, and only to retrieve mail,
can't log on line to work on line ... ( sad )
But like I said from the beginning, the Lord knows everything,
and everything is under his control. PRAISE GOD !I sure hope to be back on line, sometime in the next month
I want you to know that I am so grateful for your friendship, and that you too will be on my prayers.

As you know this was a set back from a car accident I told you about,
where the bills got behind and they were past due.
But ... we can't understand at the moment, the " why" of things.
But rest to assured that, as the word says :

I once had meningitis, and was getting worse by the hour.
My husband prayed and prayed with no site of improvement.
I saw my husband completely loose it while praying for me,
and started to hit the walls in my bedroom,
( out of frustration and desperation )
as I was with 104 fever and beginning to loose it myself.At that time I couldn't understand why it seemed like the Lord
was not listening ... or was not doing anything ... and I was wondering why ...
what is he waiting for ; I believe and so was my husband.I had a 4 month old daughter sleeping next to me and in my bedroom
and I had no idea what meningitis was!By the time I got to the hospital ... I was stiff as a log ...
I was delirious ( seeing things ) ... and the fever was above 104.I was sweating bullets and I was freezing.
I was dehydrated ... and I couldn't stop vomiting.George ... I was admitted IMMEDIATELY and after having a spinal tab
I was in a room all
That's when I was told that this was highly contagious.
Meanwhile my baby daughter was being examine for, signs of this meningitis thing.My body was rejecting the piggy bank ( the IV ) and the vomiting got worse.
It was violent every time the piggy bank was in.
After being like this for few days ... I couldn't eat, or drink anything ...
I turned the TV on to channel 45 in Florida ( where I lived at the time )
that channel is "TBN"... the Trinity Broadcasting Network, from Santa Ana, CaliforniaIt was a telemarathon going on , nothing else.. nothing extra ordinary.
I told the lady at the phone what was happening to me .
How the doctors thought I had a brain infection and it turned out to be meningitis.
She then asked me at the end of our conversation if I wanted prayer ... I said, yes!!!All of the sudden ... I felt like my bed had caught on fire !
I was laying down and I jumped straight UP ... into a sitting position ...
I couldn't stand the HEAT in my body !!!
I started screaming telling this lady over the phone what was happening to me ...
and she too, started screaming ... ( JAN CROUCH ) came to the phone where the lady that was praying
for me was ... and she too got into the blessing.Soon, right after this, my testimony was being "BROADCAST", LIVE...
ALL over the United States ..!!!Now ... some one out there benefited from this event, that happened to me.
You see, the time that the Lord had chosen to heal me wasn't when
my husband was asking .. ( or me ) when I was asking for him to heal me .All I know is that ... before this happened to me, I didn't know anything
about HEAT feeling all over me
I felt this for the very first time .And right after the heat ( FIRE ) I was SO HUNGRY !!!!
I ate for the first time in a week... !!The doctors were shocked ... the nurses were too... !
I was HEALED ... with no piggy bank ... at all !!
My Lord, did it, to Him ... the Glory and honor !!
This is so real... !!I remember this, like if this was yesterday.
George ...
I trust our Lord... with everything,, and I have to smile, when I think how
everything is truly under his watchful eye!
We are his children, and He is the perfect father .Nothing goes pass him unnoticed.
I am so Glad Our Lord knows everything
WAYYYYYYY BEFORE THE FACT.
That there's no time between us or space,or distance, or ANYTHING at all not now ... not ever ...
that can change the way he feels about us ... through Christ his Son.Through this trial I have had to endure this summer, all I know
and keep telling outloud to myself and the devil is that :
One thing I know for sure ..
THE LORD LOVES ME ...
WITH A DEEP LOVE ... WIDE .. PURE...INTENSE!!!And the devil flees from me every single time I say this out loud!
He loves me, HE LOVES ME, THIS I KNOW ... HE LOVES ME,
HE LOVES ME ... HIS WATCHFUL EYES ARE ON ME.
He never rest or sleeps ... he is for me, he is on my side ready to help me
every single time!!He loves me so much ... he delivered his Son for me,
to receive my punishment so that I can be healed, saved and called his own !!!
ALLELUYA!!All I know is this, HE LOVES ME ... HE LOVES ME NOW,
AND TOMORROW, and the day after... his love can't be measured..
is not for us humans to even try to understand,
because we will never be able to even try.All I know is that.. " he loves me with intense strength.. and He is true and never changes".
I praise God He changes not!
I praise God He is how He is !
I Praise God for ever and ever more ... because He Is ! ................( " period").And I get so exited when I start thinking about all His attributes ...
and everything that He is and we just know some things,
because they are many that the Lord feels we can't stand or understand.But I know that THEY ARE GREAT !!!!
Is almost like waiting for Xmas. and open this great and wonderful present.

One glance at his beautiful face ... and there ... you will find the answer
and the everything ( whole ) to every need in your life.
Everything in me longs for for His presence ... where time will stand still,
while we behold the power and the beauty of his love
reflected on his face !

I know I do .... I dream this almost on weekly basis ... and I get so happy

is this the hour, I keep looking up through my kitchen window and my bedroom
window, while I am driving ... is an expectation of every minute. I think that's what it's all about.I decided to email you and share with you this , I don't have a printer,
so I couldn't snail mail you, since my hand writing is not that pretty.
So I decided to email you instead.(" plus the stationary is pretty"- hehehe.)
Hey ... cheer up ... Our Lord keeps his promises ... let's wait on him
let's embrace our life and offer it to him, just like he embraced His cross
for us.He did it , because he knew he had a reward after it was accomplished. HEBREWS 12:2-3
I have been embracing this trial with my daughters
and so many other problems ... and it hurts ... until I cry.... !!!
While I embrace it I cry, and sometimes it feels like I am all alone
while going through it . "not so " I know better.
George this is about resistance... endurance..Phillipians 3:12-14 until the very end that will be the beginning.I don't know if you are following me, but I know is from the Lord. Want a challenge ?
Try this, "Always joyful. Keep on praying no matters what happens."
