Without which you will become a human pincushion within seconds. You will also need the sword of the Spirit or you will be in a continual state of defense and confusion as you are pounded and decimated into a bloody pool of self pity. Always remember that a good warrior never turns and runs in the midst of battle, this is a sure sign of weakness........and........ there is no armor for the backside of those who do!
