Arden is one of the more short-lived characters. She shows up in the Empire Castle's Gem Room, seeking the Gem's counsil on the ways of the world, and the awakening of the Gems. She proves to be a valuable addition to the counsil, until her time to bear a child finally comes, and her mysterious background is finally revealed.
