History
Lyta doesn't remember her mother, except in pictures.
She was 2 when Biri was murdered by Durlans. She
remembers her stepmother Roxy, who raised her until
she was 5, as a fun mommy who let her watch TV
whenever she wanted. Then Roxy was murdered and Tara
became her stepmother when she was 6, and then when
she was 7, she got to have 2 mommies because Roy
married Donna Troy. And Tara and Donna gave her lots
of little brothers and sisters to play with. Robin and
Lian were fun, but they tended to boss her around.
Lyta had a great next 5 years, getting to have younger
siblings at last and having to mommies when she was
home from the Knight Academy. But in 2015 Tara was
murdered by vampires, and in 2016, Donna was murdered
as well. Lyta became convinced that her father was
cursed! All of his wives had been murdered. All of
them! So she was anything BUT thrilled when Roy
started pursuing the recently paroled Chesire. Not
only was Chesire a mass murderer, but she was going to
end up murdered as well.
Lyta enjoys schooling with all of her friends and
siblings (except Lian and Robin, who've graduated),
and has come to enjoy school much more than home since
Chesire became her stepmother. Having a mass murderer
as a stepmother, even a supposedly reformed one, is
creepy.
Powers and Abilities
Lyta is a shape changer because of her Durlan
heritage. While she's been learning martial arts and
detective skills at the Knight Academy, she's not
overly adept at either. In fact, she's rather the
klutz when it comes to athletics. And unlike the rest
of the Harpers, she can't aim worth anything. However,
she's a highly skilled actress and can mimic just
about anyone with enough effort.
Personality:
Lyta's dream is to be an actress. She doesn't put as
much effort into her schoolwork as she could, and
she's an absolute klutz, but she gets along with most
everyone.
