History
Nikos had a lonely childhood. He was the only male on Paradise Island.
He knew he was different and disliked that. When Diana had a child in
2005, Nikos could have had a friend and playmate... instead he thought
of Sappho as an enemy and picked on her for several years... til she
was
able to best him. Grow up he also found out that no one knew who his
second parent was, why he was black and his mom white, and that his
mother abandoned him.. In 2014 Nikos was sent to the Ted Knight. It was
hoped that by being with ‘his kind’. At first he tried to bully those
less trained then he was... but he was put in his place by the metas.
Then a remarkable thing happened- while Kilowog was trying to teach
simple electrical principles, Kilowog noticed that Nikos had some sort
of ‘energy charge’. Dismissing class early, he brought Nikos to
Majestic. For the next two days, both teachers tried to unlock the
secrets of Nikos and they found it. After Majestic gave Nikos a random
bunch of magical ‘power’ words and Nikos changed into Major Marvel.
Nikos stayed on for the rest of the year... becoming a bigger bully.
Then he decided that he had learnt enough and went on to superhero on
his own for a while.
Powers and Abilities
As Major Marvel he is one of the most powerful Metas. He is as
strong as Red Sun and as fast as Flash IV. Nikos also rarely changes as
he likes the powers too much.
Personality:
Nikos is barely a hero. He is extremely proud of his
Marvel
abilities, and makes sure people know how good he is. He has chosen the
name Major because he believes he is better then Billy, Freddy and all
the other Marvels. His team mates have had to talk to him on more then
one occasion for his using excessive force, as well about his dating
Lena. Everyone but Nikos knows that Lena Luthor is just using the
Major-
but he likes the attention she gives him.
