TRA Show Kicks Off Show Year!
The TRA (The Roller Association) kicked off the Show Calendar
for the year with its February 21st event. The event, which was
held at the San Fernando Valley Racing Homer Club House, was attended
by over one hundred fanciers.
Judge Reggie Stewart set a new record for the amount of time needed
to judge the show as it took nearly seven hours to select the
show's winners. Winners for the day included:
Grand Champion: Gary Sawyer (WCS).

Several quality rollers were auctioned off and some great raffle
prizes (including a beautiful new kit box) were won by many in
the huge crowd.
The show was the first of ten scheduled shows in the Southern
California area this year. Show winners and classes will be recorded
and will be used to designate "The SCRA Showman of the Year"
Award.
