George visited the USA in 2003, he flew to Ohio where he
met up with two firefighter friends that he first met 16 years ago. He stayed
a portion of the time in the US with each of my colleagues and their families.
George plans to keep in touch with the organization (W&FMC) on his return from
Ohio. He sent the pictures above which were taken recently in his new
uniform issue and also one of himself on the Brazil Charity Hike.
George is still a serving fire officer now
with 24 years service. He is still the proud owner of a Harley Davidson
Sportster 883 converted and dyna jetted to 1200 cc.
His latest venture for charity was a trek in Brazil which raised over £6,500 for
a local cancer care unit. George sends the Best wishes from
