Everything is provided.  All someone needs to do is to
  1) take the bolt out of the middle of their oval air cleaner cover.
  2) take that bolt, put it through a bracket I supply & then re-assemble through the same hole in the oval air cleaner cover.
  3) the supplied bracket has (5) threaded holes
  4) put the chrome part (the one that I send) over the bracket.
  5) fasten the chrome cover to the bracket with (5) chrome screws that I supply.
   6) enjoy the ride.
 

 Takes no more than 10 minutes to install
