"Brian, you know...you are so CUTE with your puppy in your hands," said
Jessica, looking at Lil Tyke sleeping on his lap.
"Well, he keeps me warm when he's on my lap! His fur." said Brian.
"His fur keeps you warm?" Vicki asked.
"Yes honey...his fur. You know his-"
"I know what FUR is Howie!" said Vicki.
"Well..." said Howie.
"You know honey, Bear and Panda keep me warm." said AJ.
"That's nice." said Erin.
"Well, well, well. Look at you." said Jessica, as Jennifer, Alexis, and
Nick walk through the door. "Where the heck have you been anyways? I
thought you were going to look at some cars...but that was like, 4 hours
ago."
"That we did," said Jennifer. "She still hasn't decided."
"I am very PICKY!" said Alexis.
"No sh-" said Nick, but noticed that Jennifer's cousin Emily was in the
room.
"No sh? What does that mean?" Emily asked.
"It means that Nick was..." said Jennifer.
"Once again being a moron." said Jessica.
"Oh," said Emily.
Jennifer throws Jessica a stern look.
Jessica SMILES back.
"Where the heck do you think Kevin is?" Brian asked. "I thought he was
going with you guys."
"Actually, he WAS with us...but at the 2nd hour decided, 'I don't want to
look at cars anymore'." said Jennifer.
"Ahh, so, in other words...he ditched ya." said Jessica.
"Yes Jessica," said Alexis through her teeth, "He DITCHED us."
"I knew it." said Jessica.
Then, Kevin walks through the front door. Everybody turns and stares.
"What'd I do?" Kevin asked.
"Where have you been?" Alexis asked.
"I was out," said Kevin.
"Why didn't you tell us where you were? Why didn't you tell us where you
were going? Why didn't you check in with us? We might've had something
planned you know!" said Alexis.
"Sorry...'Mom'." said Kevin.
Alexis' eyes get huge, and round.
"I'm going to bed, and Alexis, you better be going there too if you think
that you want to go car shopping again tomorrow." said Nick.
"Yeah, you're right." said Alexis. "Good night everybody."
