“Mom? Why did you invite Aaron over to stay with us?” Nikki asked. Crystal looked at her shocked.

“I thought it would be good for you to have someone around to play with you. You get so lonely over here, you have so many friends, but I don’t see them. He seems like a nice boy, you 2 will have fun.” Nikki nodded her head.

“Oh great!” She thought and wen to her room.

2 days later.

“Nikki, get down here! Aaron’s here!” Crystal called up the stairs and Nikki groaned. She walked down the stairs slowly and finally got to the door.

“Hello Mrs. Carter it’s nice to see you. How are you doing this fine day?” Nikki asked, Jane smiled.

“I’m doing just fine. Aaron! Get over here!” Jane yelled to her son. Aaron slumped to the door, his suitcases In his hands.

“Aaron say hello.” Jane whispered. Aaron grunted a hello.

“Nice to see you again Aaron.” Nikki mumbled and offered a hand out to help with his luggage. Aaron looked at her hand quizzically.

“May I help you with some of your things?” Nikki asked. Aaron blushed a little but handed her a smaller suitcase. She lead him to his room.

“This is your room. The kitchen, living room, and dining room are down-stairs. My room is 2 doors down on the left side. My mom’s is at the end. There’s a bathroom connected to your room, and one down-stairs. Any questions?” Nikki explained in one huge breath. Aaron couldn’t help but smile.

“Yeah, I have one. How many times have you said that?” Nikki laughed.

“Oh, about 15. My mom invites people over all the time, it’s just one of my jobs.” They both laughed softly. When Aaron stopped.

“Look, Nikki, I’m sorry about what I said. I didn’t mean it. But I was going through so hard times, actually with my ex. She was using me, and I sorta vowed to hate all girls, and you were the first girl near me so…” He trailed off. Nikki gave a small smile.

“It’s alright, I guess I could forgive ya.” She said jokingly. Aaron laughed. “But you know, just because one girl broke your heart, doesn’t mean the rest will.” And with that, Nikki walked back down the stairs. Aaron thought about it.

“But would you Nikki?”
