“What?” Nick screamed. Brian nodded his head.
“She was murdered.” Nick shook his head and started crying.
“She, she can’t!” He yelled. They all decided to go to the hospital to see her body.
“Um, miss? I was wondering if you could help me?” He asked quietly, the lady looked up and smiled.
“Yes?”
“There was a dead body brought in here today, a girl that was murdered.” The lady nodded her head and looked at the computer.
“You mean a Miss Vanessa Torres?” Brian shook his head.
“No, someone else by the name of Nikki Thomas.” Again the lady went through the computer.
“I’m sorry, there’s no one by that name in our books.” Brian looked at the lady in shock.
“But this is the only place she could be!” He yelled. Again the lady shook her head. Brian mumbled and quick thank you and walked out of the hospital with the rest of the guys. His phone rang.
“Mr. Littrell?” The same caller asked.
“Yes, where is she? What hospital?” He asked angrily.
“Don’t worry Mr. Littrell, she’s not dead.”
“Excuse me?”
“But she will be, if you don’t dump her and marry me!”
“Who is this?”
“A very big fan of yours, now decide. Marry me, or she goes!”
“Let her go!” HE screamed but then remembered he had caller id on his phone he looked and noticed it was a pay phone very close. He wrote what was happening and where the call was being made from on a piece of paper and gave it to the guys. Always talking to the girl, trying to make sure Nikki wasn’t hurt. Nick and the rest of them quietly walked over to where the girl was and grabbed her, the gun she had went off but no one was hit. After 10 minutes the police came and took her away. Brian went to one of the officers.
“Excuse me, my girlfriend was being held hostage by that girl, is she, is she ok?” He asked, afraid of the answer he might get. The officer smiled.
“She’s just fine, she’s at the station telling her story. If you would like you can ride with me and see her.” Brian nodded his head and jumped in the car. Nick and the rest of the guys went in other cars, all anxious to see Nikki.
