Nikki ran in her house out of breath and she saw Brian sitting on the couch, his shoulders were shaking so she knew he was crying.

“Baby don’t cry.” Nikki whispered. Brian turned around quickly and saw her. Nikki walked over to him and sat down.

“Nikki I…” But Nikki placed her fingers over his lips.

“Don’t say you’re sorry, unless you have something to be sorry for.” She pulled away her fingers and looked him in the eyes.

“Brian I love you, what else can I say. I’ve been in love with you, but I never let myself admit it. How could I? You were something I thought I could never have. You were something I thought was out of reach. But I do love you.” Nikki cried softly, Brian was a little surprised, but was happy.

“Oh baby I love you too.” He whispered and held her close. She cried in his arms while he just held her.

“I was so scared I lost you right now, I didn’t know what was going on. But I loved you for so long, and I was so jealous that you liked Nick, I thought you would never feel anything for me. I wish you would have told me.” He said, and looked in her eyes. “Be with me?” He asked, Nikki laughed softly.

“You didn’t even have to ask.” He smiled and held her close to him again. That’s all he ever wanted. For her to be his.

“You know, this is sorta weird. But doesn’t this feel like this was our destiny?” Nikki asked. Brian pulled away to look in her eyes.

“It is destiny Nikki. You’re my destiny.”
