The Rights of Bill



I.
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of software standards, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof, or abridging the freedom of speech, or the right of the people peaceably to assemble software.


II.
An unregulated Microsoft, being necessary to the security of a free Market,
the rights of the people to keep and bear Microsoft Explorer, shall not be infringed.


III.
No Government Lawyer shall, in times of peace be quartered in any house,
without the consent of the Owner, nor in a time of war.


IV.
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated. No Warrants shall issue to search and seize e-mails.


V.
No person shall be held to answer for accumulating large amounts of capital, nor shall any person be subject
for the same offence to be put in jeopardy of products and markets, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, nor shall private property be taken for public use without just compensation, as described on the price tag.


VI.
In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial by the customers.
He shall have the right to assistance of marketing counsel for his defense.


VII.
The right of trial by customer shall be preserved and no fact tried by customers
shall be otherwise re-examined in any Court of the United States.


VIII.
Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishment inflicted, such as the installation of competing Software in one’s own platforms.


IX.
The enumeration in the Constitution of certain rights shall not be construed to deny
or disparage others retained by the people, such as the right to free enterprise.


X.
The powers not delegated to the State by Natural Law are reserved to the individuals respectively,
including Bill Gates and his people.
