SKULL MAN TIPS & TRICKS
This boss is the best choice to go after first once defeating Giant Suzy. Remember, once beating Giant Suzy, you may no longer go back to the Megaman 3 boss stages. Sorry. I also don't have time to give tips on the Megaman 4 stages and I never will, but I will give you tips on the Megaman 4 bosses. Once reaching the Skull master himself, use Charged Mega Busters on this villian. He will use Skull Barriers which will make him invincible, so dodge them. He can also shoot Mega Buster shots like you, but not Charged ones. Good luck!
