Methodology
All training is participatory and interactive using a
variety of methods such as case studies, group discussions, role-play,
situational simulation, and task oriented activities. This is
complemented by short inputs and exercises. The theoretical frameworks broaden the
scope of the participants' learning, offering opportunities to analyse characteristic
cultural behaviors in work contexts.
