Strengthen team skills in a diverse environment. (The program can be customized for finance, technology, engineering or other business areas.)

You work in a diverse team with members coming from many different countries and backgrounds. How do you all work together effectively? How do you communicate, share ideas, handle conflicts? And how do you integrate cultural influences and differing perspectives? In this interactive course, participants will leam and model best practices for creating and sustaining an effective, innovative and diverse team.

Methodology

Training in this course is participant-centered and interactive using a variety of methods such as case studies, group discussions, role-play, situational simulation,and task oriented activities. This is complemented by short inputs and exercises. The theoretical frameworks broaden the scope of the participants' learning, offering opportunities to analyse and apply the skills to the team’s cultural behaviors.

You will be able to better:

- Take an active role in your team’s success

- Know how to create an effective team with culturally diverse individuals

- Define roles and responsibilities

- Problem-solve using techniques which work with all cultures

- Strengthen commitment and build rapport across cultures
