After the meetings help clean up and put away the tables and chairs.

If you are listed to bring refreshments and cannot attend, call your Class Representative. Wear your name tags to class every month to make it easier for everyone to meet each other. If you need a name tag, ask your Class Representatives to order one. The cost is $2.00.  

Notes:. The Board is taking an inventory of club trees and pots. If you have one or more club tree(s), a tree donated by you or someone else to the Club and not sold, that you are taking care of, please list it/them on a sheet at the next meeting or mail your list to Jim Stalker.

The December Joint Meeting will include the sale of trees and pots donated by Daryl Bunch when he moved out of state. This sale will help the club financially. Come looking for that special tree you want and bring your checkbook.

The Club is looking for a member to take one of Don Meeker's duties, either as the Intermediate Class Representative or as the Newsletter Editor and Webmaster. Don cannot continue in both capacities after December.
