Club Notes
A couple of reminders. Nick Nickerson has the sign up sheets for the several committees for the Club Fall Show. If you have not signed up, please do so so your fellow club volunteers can do the planning work needed to produce a show we can all be proud of and learn from.
Also, all Club Members, even the newest members, are expected and invited to have two trees for the show. It is a lot easier to start now. Pick two or three candidates from your collection and bring them to each class meeting so you can work with K on developing and refining your trees for the show. Even if you have only very young trees to show that is fine. Remember it is a learning experience and not a big competition. In addition remember to bring your donation trees in to work on in the workshops.
Lucky Nick won the demonstration Boxwood tree and a handsome suiseki stone at the San Francisco Cherry Blossom Festival.Events Elsewhere
