August Meeting:
Note: The Charlotte Wood School is closed for the summer. The July Meeting, in the Charlotte Wood School parking lot, moring of July 10th was a great meeting. The weather was very pleasant, Nick Nickleson brought the Club tables and we set up in the shade. Those that attended thought it was a very enjoyable and successful workshop meeting. However, only 13 members, less than half the membership were able to attend.
We urge every member to attend the August meeting. please bring the donation trees you are preparing for the Club Show, Spring of 2005. Sensei "K" Akabane said if possible he would price some of the donation trees and if members wished they may to buy them.
Because of schedule changes the spring meetings were lightly attended. It is important we build the attendance to maintain a viable club and to produce the 05 show.
Saturday August 14th - Joint Basic and Intermediate Meeting. Workshop.
The purpose of the Summer Workshops is to help Club Members improve the quality of their Bonsai Trees. Since we won't have to carry the trees into the School you may bring more trees than you might normally bring.
Refreshments: If you want coffee, tea, water, soda or something to eat, please bring that with you.
