June Meetings
All 2006 meetings will be Joint meetings and will be in the large upstairs room at the Heather Farm Garden Center, Walnut Creek. Meetings are scheduled on the 3rd Wednesday of the month, from 7:30PM to 9:30PM.
Meetings start at 7:30PM with a brief business meeting, and end at 9:30PM.
Please be ready to meet at 7:30PM.
Wednesday, June 21st, - 7:30pm. Joint Class Meeting.
Lecture 7:30-8:00pm - Review of past 6 months studies & summer care.
Workshop 8:00 - 9:30.

Sei Boku Bonsai Kai 23rd Annual Show at the San Mateo Garden Center, 605 Parkside Way. Show hours are 11AM-4:30PM both days. Demonstrations 12noon-3PM both days by Steve Iwaki and Steve Jang on Saturday, and Gordon Deeg, Valerie Monroe, and Mike Page on Sunday.

California Suiseki Society 12th Annual Suiseki Exhibition “The Japanese Art of Stone Appreciation,” at the Lakeside Park Garden Center, 666 Bellevue Ave. Show hours are 10AM-5PM both days. Free Admission. Sales of suiseki, stones, stands, books, and related items.

GSBF Collection-North 10-Year Anniversary Celebration with Parks and Recreation Department, City of Oakland at the Lake Merritt Lakeside Garden Center, 666 Bellevue Ave. Event hours are 10AM-10PM. Style-A-Thon by 3 bonsai masters 10AM-5PM.
June 30 - July 4, Friday - Tuesday, San Rafael
Marin Bonsai Club Bonsai Show at the Marin Veteran's Memorial Auditorium, Marin County Fairgrounds, Highway 101 (exit N. San Pedro Rd.). Show hours are 11AM-10PM daily. Admission to the Fair is $11 adults, $9 seniors over 65 and children 4 to 12. Free for children under 4.
