Notes
Potting Session - March 8th: The club will hold the last of this year's potting sessions at the Tassajara Nursery on Saturday, March 8th. We are starting at 9:00 AM this time; please try to be prompt! The session will wrap up by 11:00 AM.
Cherry Blossom Festival - San Francisco, April 18th - 20th: We are planning to participate in the Bonsai Exhibition at the San Francisco Cherry Blossom Festival this April. We will need club members to help with setup for the event, staffing the exhibition during the weekend, and tear-down afterwards. The club will be asking for members to make donations of plants, pots, etc. to be sold or raffled during the exhibit, and we will also need members to sell some of the Festival raffle tickets. Let us know how you can help out; this is a great chance for our club to get some public visibility.
2008 Show - Due to the construction at the Walnut Creek Library, along with other factors, our 2008 show has been postponed until Fall. We are currently looking for a new site to hold the show during the last 2 weeks of October. Let us know if you have any ideas. Thanks to those who volunteered for the show; we will need your help in October!
