December Meeting
Meetings are held in the large upstairs room at the Heather Farm Garden Center, Walnut Creek,
and are scheduled on the 3rd and 4th Wednesday of the month, from 7:30PM to 9:30PM. Meetings start at 7:30PM with a brief business meeting, and end at 9:30PM.
Please be ready to meet at 7:30PM.
Board Meeting - was held on December 7th.
Wednesday, December 10th, 2008 - 7:30pm. Joint Meeting.
Lecture 7:30 - 8:00pm: This Year's Projects.
Workshop 8:10 - 9:30pm.

Notes
Meeting Dates for 2009 - 'K' has asked that our club meetings be moved up to the second week of each month. We have tentatively scheduled Joint Class Meetings for the second Tuesday of each month in 2009. Please contact any Board member if you have any comments or concerns about this change. We will discuss this topic and come to a final decision at our December 10th meeting.
Dues for 2009 are due by December 31st. Treasurer Jim Stalker will collect dues for next year at the November and December meetings. Dues my also be sent to him at: 87 Tuscany Way, Danville, CA 94506.
New Meeting Format - We will continue to use our new lecture and workshop format that we have used the last two months. Please bring one or two trees for the workshop, and be prepared to discuss them with 'K' and the class.
