Rebecca St. James

I first met this extraordinary woman in 1996. At the age of 19, she had recently been named one of the top 50 evangelists under the age of 40 by Christianity Today. (In fact, she was the youngest person recognized.) She continues to use her music ministry to not only evangelize, but to also uplift and encourage others. Rebecca has written two devotionals and is a spokesperson for Compassion, International. Her self-titled release in 1995 resulted in a Dove nomination as New Artist of the Year, and her sophmore project in 1997, God, garnered her another Dove nomination (Female Vocalist of the Year) and a Grammy nomination as Best Rock Gospel Album.
