"Damn those girls are fine!" said A.J., when the guys were back at the hotel.
After going to lunch, the guys, Melody and Desteny had gone out around the town, getting to know each other. They all got along really well.
"No kidding. They're really nice too," said Brian, sitting down on the couch in Kevin's room, where they all were hanging out, talking about the day.
"It's a good thing that you went into that store, Nick. Or else you wouldn't of crashed into Desteny and we never would have met them," said Kevin, grabbing some pops and throwing them to each of the guys.
"Ya," said Nick, kind of im a daze.
Howie walked over to him and waved his hand in front of Nick's eyes and he didn't even blink. "You like her don't you?" he asked Nick, smiling.
Nick snapped out of his trance to hear that. "I don't know. I mean, I just met her. But something about her...it just.....makes me want to just reach out and hold her. I don't know. Maybe it's because her boyfriends just died," said Nick, catching the Coke Kevin threw at him.
"Her boyfriend was killed?" asked Brian. He and the others didn't hear about John. Nick quickly told them about John being killed in a car accident.
"Wow, the poor girl," said Kevin, thinking about how Desteny must feel.
"We should get together with them again tomorrow," suggested A.J.
They all looked at each other. "Did anyone get their numbers?" Howie asked.
Brian pulled a slip of paper out of his pocket. "I got Melody's number," he said.
A.J. gave Brian look. "So... You got her digits? I see...." said A.J., looking at Brian over his sunglasses with a gleam in his eyes.
Brian blushed. "What?" he asked, inicently.
"Did anyone get Desteny's number?" Kevin asked. They all looked at each other. "I guess not," said Kevin.
"Do you think Melody would have Desteny's number?" asked Nick.
"Well duh! They're best friends. I think she would have Desteny's phone number," said A.J.
"Oh ya," said Nick, sheepishly.
Brian grabbed the phone and dialed Melody's number. Someone picked up on the second ring.
"Hello?" asked Melody.
Brian could hear music in the background. "Hey Melody. It's me, Brian," said Brian.
"Brian? Just hold on a sec." Brian heard her set down the phone and turned down the music. She then came back. "Hey. Sorry 'bout that," she apoligized.
"No prob. We were just talking about you girls and these bone heads realized that they didn't get Desteny's phone number so do you think you could give it to us?" Brian asked.
"Well accutaly, Desteny is over her right now. So why don't you just ask her yourself. She's just downstairs getting popcorn," said Melody.
"She's there?" asked Brian. Nick's eyes lit up at the sound of that.
"Yup, I'll go get her," said Melody, placing down the phone.
Brian took to phone off his ear. "She's going to go get Desteny. Do you want to talk to her Nick?" Brian asked.
Nick looked nervous all the suddon. "What would I say?" he asked in a small voice.
"How about something like 'Hi Desteny. Can I have you're phone number?'" smiled Howie.
"Look, if you're so nervous, I'll talk to her," said A.J. grabbing the phone. Nick look relived.
"Hello," said Desteny's voice a second later.
"Hey beautiful, it's A.J.," said A.J. in his sexy voice.
"Hey A.J., what's up? I heard that you guys wanted my number?" asked Desteny.
"Yup. Brian got Melody's digits but we all forgot to get yours," said A.J.
"And why would you want me number?" asked Desteny playfully.
A.J. smiled. "Cause we would like to hang out with your guys again. We like to hang out with gorgous girls and you two are the most beautiful we're ever seen," said A.J., flirting really bad. Nick looked over at him and frowned quizicly.
Desteny giggled. "I bet you say that all the time," she said.
"No way," said A.J. inicently.
"Ok. My number is 274-****," said Desteny, resiteing her phone number for A.J. He wrote it down as she said it.
"Great. We'll call you and Melody tomorrow and get together," said A.J.
Brian came up to A.J. "I wanna talk to Melody before you hang up," he said. A.J. nodded.
"I better go. Brian wants to talk to Melody though," said A.J.
"Oh he does, does he?" asked Desteny slyly, giving Melody a sly look.
A.J. laughed. "I know. So, we'll phone you later. Bye babe," said A.J.
"Bye sweet thing," joked Desteny as she handed to phone to Melody.
A.J. handed the phone to Brian and he walked over to the other side of the room. Nick came up to A.J. "Did you get her number?" he asked anxisouly.
A.J. held up the slip of paper he had written down Desteny on. "You bet I did. She was a real sweetheart," said A.J.
Nick took the slip of paper. "I hope she's as big a sweetheart to me when I phone her tomorrow," he said.
A.J. got a small feeling of jealousy inside of him. 'Where did that come from?' he asked himself. 'Am I jealous that Nick is going after Desteny? No way. I don't have feelings for Desteny. Do I?'
