This is kind of a boring chapter but I think that there are no more boring ones.
They all left Jewel's house and started walking along the sidewalk. As they walked, Summer and Jewel told them about Calgary.
"Have you ever been here in Calgary?" asked Jewel. They guys looked at each other.
"Uh... we were here a few years ago. We came for the Stampede," said Bob, looking a bit nervous.
Jewel looked at him suspisously. But lucky for him, Summer interupted. "Jewel, where are you taking us?" asked Summer.
Jewel smiled. "Where else? My second home," she answered. Summer thought for only a second and knew what Jewel was talking about. The guys looked even more confused then before.
By then, they had reached their destination. "Alright! Pizza Hut!" said Dave. He put his arm around Jewel's sholders. "Girl, I think we're going to get along great," smiled Dave. Summer eyed Jewel with a gleam in her eyes. Jewel glared at her.
They entered Pizza Hut. A waiteress came up to them. "Jewel, how are you? Back again? Where's you parents?" she asked.
"Hey Jaime, mom and dad are on a busniess trip. I'm here with my friends," said Jewel. the guys and Summer were trying not to alguh out loud.
Jaime smiled. "Your usual table is free." Jaime led them to a table over looking the city. They all sat down. Jaime took their drink order and left. Summer and the guys burst out laughing.
"You weren't kidding when you said this was your second home," laughed Clint.
Jewel laughed too. "I warned you, didn't I."
That made them laugh harder. Once the laughter subsided, Jewel asked. "You got to tell us about you if we're going to be neighbors."
"But Summer doesn't live next door to us," Dave said.
"She spends enough time at my house to be consitered living there," smiled Jewel. Dave rolled his eyes.
"First you tell us about you two," said Scott.
Summer looked at him suspisouly. "You seem to not want to tell us about your past. Your not ex-murders are you?" asked Summer.
Scott chuckled. "No, we're not killers. We just want to know about you two," he said.
So the girls told them basic stuff about them. Their age, some stuff about their past, some of their favorites. Stuff like that.
"Yikes. I have to let my brain catch up and absorb all that infomation," said Clint, holding his hands to his head.
"It hasn't always been all good," said Carissa.
"It is now that we're here, right?" asked Clint in a teasing voice.
Jewel laughed. "But of course," she answered in the same tesing tone.
