My partner and I created this online magazine with only one purpose, to ensure that the above statement proves prophetic. This site will provide updates roughly every week, with articles, interviews, polls and opinion pieces, which will aspire to give real hip-hop the serious coverage and criticism it deserves. We are not an underground or a commercial hip-hop magazine, we are not a West or an East Coast hip-hop magazine, we are simply, hip-hop, free of agendas and bias. We are committed to giving visitors interesting food for thought and information regarding, this music and culture. This magazine/site exists in the hope that we will still witness hip-hop culture become what you and I know it can.
FOREVER is “interactive” in the sense that we are always open to input from any of our readers. Ideas for stories can be emailed to us, and as long as they are something people will want to read, we will welcome guest contributors to the site. In addition, we offer a permanent discussion board, for your thoughts on: magazine material, hip-hop in general, your own projects musical or otherwise (we are always down for some shameless self promotion), problems with your girl, your mother, your pets, or whatever you wish to spout about. Also we provide a rhyme board, for all of the aspiring MC’s and poets out there. I know how much we Inet dweebs love to battle, (it has to do with our collective insecurity translation- we don’t get laid enough) but there are plenty of tourney boards out there, save this board for your meaningful clever shit. (Trust me no matter how dope a keystyler you are, that shorty in your math class still ain’t going to want you) We hope you will take these forums as seriously as we take the rest of this site. Have fun but take the bullshit elsewhere. With that I give you FOREVER an online hip-hop magazine, enjoy.
