Hello and welcome to PawPrint Boxers®. My name is Christina Ghimenti and I am proud that the PawPrint name is registered with the American Kennel Club. In October 2010, I was recognized with the AKC as a Breeder Of Merit. My Boxers and I are located in sunny California in the San Francisco Bay Area. I am a member of the American Boxer Club, a Life Member of the East Bay Boxer Club as well as the ABC Charitable Trust Foundation (health research). I am currently serving on the ABC Historical committee and the ABC Website committee. To round off my contributions, I am the Editor in Chief for the American Boxer Club News Bulletin magazine. PawPrint is a registered AKC kennel name. My love affair with the Boxer began in 1993 when I bought a plainly marked brindle girl,"Crystal". Before this, I had had a long haired breed for years, "Smokey", and decided the Boxer was the right breed. The following year I brought home an incredible fawn male puppy. Pictured above, he is Champion Rosend's "Booker T", SOM CGC TT. Booker T came to me from Lynda Yon of Rosend Boxers. January 7th 1996 found Booker T on the move to his AKC championship. On a very limited basis, I specialed him and together we won many Best Of Breeds and Group Placements in AKC. Many of these wins have been over top winning specials in both Boxers and All Breeds. He also has won Best In Show in the States Kennel Club. Since this was always owner-handled, it shows how truly special Booker was. I was very proud to show him.

Despite Booker T's success in the Breed ring, I feel that his true contribution is in his PEDIGREE. Booker T is an ABC Sire of Merit. He sired 10 AKC Champions and Champions in several other countries and with very limited breeding. He and his line have a lot to offer our breed and I am very proud of him. When not showing off in the ring, Booker T would sit at my feet while I worked on the computer. He was my constant shadow and ever the momma's boy. Pulling me on my blade skates was his favorite exercise. We said Good-Bye to Booker T in November 2005. He had embraced the world for 11-1/2 years and owned my heart since he was 10 weeks old.
