"Oh my god Nick is so fine!" (Lissa)
"I thought I was going to die when Brian smiled at me!" (Me)
"Howie is SO sweet!" (Karen)
"Damn, Kevin is fine!" (Alta)
"HOW THE HELL COULD YOU GUYS DO THIS TO ME?!?!?!?!?!" (Korin)
"Oh, lighten up." Karen said to her.
"Yeah, we aren't going to give up a chance to hang out with the finest guys who ever walked this earth just because one of them happens to be your ex-boyfriend!" I added.
Korin cussed at us inder her breath (she has a habit of doing that), but she knew there was no way in HELL we were going to give up this chance, so she backed off. The guys were going to meet us in the lobby of the hotel we were all staying inat 7:00. The 10 of us would eat dinner in the hotel restaurant. At that point it was about 5:00, so we went back to the hotel to start getting ready. You should have seen us trying to decide what to wear. We all kept running back and forth between our rooms, getting each other's opinions. I was heading towards Lissa's room when I found Korin sitting on her bed doing nothing.
"Why are you just sitting there? Come on, you gotta find something to wear!" I said to her.
"I'm not going." she replied.
"WHAT? You aren't going?"
"No, I'm not, okay? Personally, I can't think of a WORSE way to spend my evening. But have fun, okay?"
We all tried to convince her to come, but she continued to say no. We were still trying when I happened to look over at the clockand noticed it was about 6:30.
"Umm guys," I interrupted, " I hate to break this to you, but we have less than 30 minutes to get ready."
So of course the 4 of us that were still sane (Not that Korin was ever sane to begin with...hehe lol. She's my best friend, I'm allowed to rag on her!---Kristy:)) RAN to our rooms. We weren't actually ready until about 7:15. We hurried downstairs to the lobby. The guys were standing around talking. When they saw us, they just kind of froze and stared. Lizzy was wearing a short black velour skirt and a black camisole with a butterfly on it. I was wearing a black and silver spaghetti-strap mini-dress. Karen was wearing a short blue dress, and Alta was wearing a long burgundy and white skirt with a matching tank top. The guys were like totally in awe. I noticed then that AJ wasn't there, but I didn't say anything. So the 8 of us headed towards the dining room. It was a REALLY nice hotel, so the dining room was really big and fancy. We had a really nice dinner. We basically got to know each other a little better.
Meanwhile, back in her room, Korin was sitting there thinking. She thought about her and AJ's relationship mostly. They had seen each other for about 9 months, and it had been serious. Then, all of a sudden, things had changed. They started fighting a lot. Korin yelled at AJ for being so possesive and he yelled at her for being so nosy. Things kept getting worse. One night they were watching a movie at AJ's place, and they started fighting again. It was the worst one yet, and they decided to break up and Korin left in a hurry. She hadn't seen them since that night, until today. They had just totally cut off contact with one another and moved on with their lives. After thinking for a long time, Korin sighed. "This is totally getting me nowhere." she thought. She decided to go for a late night swim to get her mind off AJ. She changed into her bikini and went down to the pool. When she got down there she didn't see anyone, so she walked right in. Korin had just layed her stuff on a lounge chair when she heard a noise. Then she felt someone bump into her.
"Watch it!" she yelled without looking.
She turned around and came face-to-face with none other than her good old ex-boyfriend.
