Dear Mr. Smith, I have always enjoyed cooking, having been raised in an
'old country' Lebanese household (even though my dad was English/Irish).
I have also been a great fan of yours since discovering cook books.
I
also was a faithful viewer of your cooking show and want to thank you
for the many hours of enjoyment you provided to me. Your approach to
food, traditions, and love of life are unmatched...and I am honored
to
be able to tell you this. I anticipate many more years in the kitchen,
