A very heart-felt thanks for your insperation over the years.
All of your books have a place of honor in my library. They have graced
my book shelves at eye level for a number of years (my copy of larousse
gastronomique always seems to
migrate to the lower shelves). All have been a pleasure and are well
read.
I have considered a career change to the food industry as of late.
Upon reading Kitchen Confidential I have serious reservations. Any words
of wisdom to help guide?
