I enjoy your book on the “Immigrant Ancestors”. It has been much help as I date a real Hungarian, and for other recipes as well.
I ordered good Hungarian Paprika from Szeged, and they sent me the Hot
Hungarian Paprika. Can I use this when the book says to use Hungarian Paprika?
Or should I go back to the internet and find just
regular mild paprika? What is the word?
