Italian Tomato Salad

  • 2 white Bermuda onions, sliced thin
  • 5 ripe tomatoes, sliced
  • 1/4 cup parsly, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • Basic Fennel Dressing
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Mix the white onions with the tomatos. Add the parsley, oregano, and fennel dressing. Add salt and pepper. Let this marinate for a few hours before dinner, and then be ready to be sorry you did not make more.

    serves 6 to 8.
