This is a fun, fun book of short stories about different detective teams.
Some of them are extremely funny, acutally comedy pretending to be mystery.
There are many well known authors.
Before each story there is a brief biography of the author or authors, with information
about other books they have written, so if you enjoy the story, you can find other things they have written as well.
If you like mysteries, you will love this book. I enjoyed it tremendously!
From the Golden Age to Modern Masters, an anthology presents tales
about such characters as Sherlock Holmes, Raffles, Kinsey Milhone, and
Jimmy Valentine by writers including Stephen King, Dick Francis, Sue
Grafton, Elmore Leonard, and P. D. James, among others.
This series by Joe Lansdale is totally hilarious!
It stars two best friends, Hap Collins and Leonard Pines.
These books are a perfect combination of humor and mystery!
The New Sue Grafton "Kinsey Millhone" is almost ready!
Be the first to read "O is for Outlaw"
Order O is for Outlaw Today! It will be shipped as soon as it is ready!
I didn't realize it, but as I have posted my favorite books, I have noticed a decided trend:
I like my mysteries to be funny. This series about Goldy Schult, a caterer in Colorado, is
definitely humerous. Goldy finds herself in the middle of mysteries in the course of her work
catering parties. Interspersed in the stories, she includes the recipes of the foods she is cooking.
Definitely worth reading!
