Joel is the crew chief at Wernham Motorsports. He is a apprenticing automotive mechanic at McNaugton Dodge Chrysler in Newburry, Ontario. Jeff and Joel have been friends forever. When not working on the race team he will usually be found with his girlfriend Jessica.
