Making Advanced Weapon Stocks
This is all with 12 points and top notch resources. Take the numbers as reference comparisons to what you all know that you produce.
You're going to want to have 4 basic stocks on hand.

These stocks can pretty much cover everyone who comes in. Remember that speed capped combatants don’t care about speed so you might as well put those points somewhere else. You can also talk to the customer and tailor make stuff for them. You may even wind up with a new schematic out of it. I made a stock for a customer once who didn't care about damage or speed, he just wanted to lay states with the carbine and spam them, so I made this one to give him a range boost at minimal HAM expense:

For scopes I use the advanced with a +41 Ideal +11(3) HAM for the range scope and +27 Ideal +2(3) HAM for the HAM scope.
