The goal of "Blackout" deck is to eliminate your opponent's Energy cards so that his or her Pokemon are helpless, and then defeat them with your own Pokemon. The deck's Pokemon mix is made more powerful by the addition of some more evolved Pokemon (Starmie and Blastoise). The energy-card destruction theme is supported by the addition of Dragonair and another Super Energy Removal.
