- County Filing Fee ($12.00 Value)
- State Regulatory fee ($8.50 value)
- Sturdy heavy duty plastic urn (decorative urns are available)
- Prompt and courteous service (NO extra charges for priority or scheduled cremation)
- Refrigeration while necessary paperwork is processed
- Securing death certification from attending physician or coroner
- Filing of Death Certificate and Cremation Permit with the County Registrar
- Cremation fiberboard box to cremate the remains as required by law
