Chapter 3
I Need You...To Get Ready
The Concert was later that
day. Emma's alarm clock went off at 11:00 and she got up. She was really
tired so she went back to bed. The same thing happened to Abby. Emma woke
up at 3:30 in the afternoon, she got out of bed, got dressed*not in the
concert outfit* and woke abby up. They went downstairs and no one was home.
Their mom was out on a business trip, and their parents were divorced so
their dad sure wasnt home.So they decided to go out for lunch.
When they got home it was
4:30. They didn't have long to get ready.
They were leaving at 5:30.The concert started at 7:30. But they wanted
to be there early.
They ran up to their rooms,
and got their make up. They both went into their bathroom, and did their
make up together. That took about 20 minutes to do a good job.Then they
went downstairs and did their nails. That took 30 minutes, for them to
dry fully. So they had 10 minutes to get ready. They ran upstairs and got
their outfits on. Emma in her dress, and Abby in her skirt and top.
They grabbed some extra
money for souveniers and in case anything
happened, and made sure they had the backstage passes and their tickets.They
hopped into Abby's car and they were on their way. Emma brought her N Sync
c-d. They popped it in and blasted it.They were on their way to a great
time and they couldnt wait! They were going to see N Sync in concert and
then meet them!
When they got there they
bought some souveniers.They both bought a
shirt, a necklace/keychain thing, and the tour poster.When they found
their
seats there was a girl with her mom with their seat right next to theirs.Just
then the people from the radio station came to the girls and said "so you
two were the lucky winners. Which one of you is.. ummmmm...emma right?"
"Yea.. and that would be
me." emma told them
"Well hello. Well congratulations.
and we hope you enjoy the show."
"O we will" they both said.
