01/29/00: Hello and welcome to a new year and the second in the NMR's existence. First up for this year is the new releases from Primal Escapement and Antraxe^^^^^Invert. the new Primal Escapement release, "the Sky is Brightening," focuses more on beats, rhythm, and vocals while still experimenting with noise pieces to generate a very diverse and interesting tape. We hope you find it enjoyable. On the other front, we also have the first full on release of Los Angeles's Antraxe^^^^Invert titled "Eclectic Works Volume One."
