"Martial Law" can be called into action at any time. The government need only deploy troops into the cities with the allegation of unrest, terrorism or any other emergency, be it fact or fiction.
"Martial Law" will suspend the Constitution. This will suspend the "Writ of Habeus Corpus", meaning that if you are arrested or held for ANYTHING, even curfew violations, you can be locked away "indefinatly". There will be a curfew, usually, before dark. You can be stopped any time, day or night, asked for ID and detained. You will not be allowed to travel. You may be employed by the government to help in anyway asked of you, without compensation.
When will this happen? I DON'T HAVE A CLUE!!!!
