Kandee Kidz—What the hell are they?!!?!
Hi. My name is Sparkles, and for all of you that don’t know me, well then you are definatly missing out =) I started going to ‘Raiv’s’ on the 5th of October, 1998. And since then, I haven’t stopped going. But one day, I was sitting down thinking, and well….I figured out that the reason I go back to all of these Parties, is because I like the people that are there. No, not the Krauses, the cracked-out kids who just sit around and snort snortables. No, not the kids who just get all fucked up into an oblivion. No, not the drugs. And no, not to lose my hearing slowly but surely. But yes, I go to parties because of the happiness that is all around me. I think, the happiness is best spread by the Kandee Kidz, Like myself =) Now, for those of you who don’t know what to think of the whole idea…here is an FAQ for all of you clueless Kandee Kid wanna-be’s.
1. Q. What is the purpose of being a Kandee Kid?
A: The soul purpose is to spread your happiness and good mood to other kidz who may be down, or just in a bad mood period. If you see a kid sitting on the floor, just all drowning in boredom and grumpiness, go up and say "Hey! Don’t look so down! Have a blow-pop!"
2. Q. Why do Kandee Kidz deem it necessary to wear all of that plastic jewelery?
A: If only I had a dime for every time I have heard this question. From my personal experience, being a Kandee Kid takes you back to the innocence of childhood. When all of the things that were bright colored and hidious just seemed so appealing! Like Jelly Bracelets, and big furry boas. Remember playing dress up in mommy’s clothing? Well now, it’s like we can play dress up in little sisters clothing! Wow— I think it is a wonderful concept. What better way to be, then young at heart. " I don’t wanna grow-up, I’m a Toy’s r Us kid" q=Þ
3. Q. Why do Kandee Kidz pass out Candy?
A: Well my darlings, think of how happy we were when we were little kids and our Grandma would hand us a little treat just because she knew that it would make us smile? Isn’t the joy of giving the greatest joy of all? I love giving people things at parties, whether it’s a blow-pop, a pixie stick, a kiss on the forehead, or a sticker. It’s like I am giving that person a little piece of my happiness to take home with them. And that is definatly pleasing in my world. And I love it when people give me stuff. It’s awesome! I have so many bracelets and whistles, and things like that…it’s like I have started a collection of party favors!
4. Q. Kandee Kidz get on my nerves with all of their glitter and happy little things, How do I GET RID OF THE KANDEE KIDZ!??!?!
A: Well, I saw this question posted on one of my friends web pages. I am so sick of negative people. SO this is what I have to say to that question.
If you were to try and get rid of Kandee Kidz, you must be a VERY bitter person, and I feel very sorry for you. But if you see me (Sparkles) at a party, be sure to try and find me, and I will be sure to sprinkle you with my fairy dust—and hopefully you and your bitterness will POOF from existence!
5. Q. I want to be a Kandee Kid, tell me where to start!
A: Well, first of all, Make a trip to your local Wal-mart. Go to the toy department and find a little stuffed animal that you want to become your trade-mark. Once you find that, then go to the little kidz dress up clothing isle and look for incredibly outlandish jewelry, that you would never dream of wearing in public (eventually you get over it, trust me). The next stop, the baby section. Pick out a pacifier that matches your little stuffed friend, or one that comes close. Then make a stop in the Craft section, go to the isle with all of the beads and string and such. Pick out bright colored beads, sparkly beads, glow-in-the-dark beads, whatever catches your eye first! Then of course, some string to string them on. Last stop, the Candy ISLE! Pick out your favorite kind of candy…but not anything chocolate! Just hard candy, fun-dip—stuff like that!
Now, after you have bought all of this stuff, go home! And start making necklaces, bracelets, hair things, whatever! Just be creative, and don’t get too attached to any of it because you are supposed to GIVE IT AWAY =) Now, I am not saying you can’t make things for yourself…but you know what I mean! After you have done all of this, be sure to wear all of the plastic hidious jewelry on your arms, and make sure that you smile all the time, and just remember, if you aren’t happy NOBODY’S HAPPY!
Peace out!
