drDrew.com & Intervu Align to Deliver Break-Through Roadshow to Online Viewers; New "Drive Me Crazy" Show Pushes the Limits of Live Webcasting

LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 10, 2000--At the National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) 2000 Conference, drDrew.com, the uncensored relationship and health content site for Gen Y hosted by MTV's Dr. Drew Pinsky, and INTERVU Inc. (Nasdaq: ITVU), the leading service provider for streaming media solutions, today announced that they will partner on a new show, "Drive Me Crazy," a break-through blind date/real-world show on the Web to be broadcast live on the drDrew.com site.

The partnership between the two companies extends an existing relationship. INTERVU currently delivers drDrew.com's twice a week live Internet show that explores relevant health and lifestyle issues faced by 14-24 year-olds today.

Under this new project, INTERVU will produce and Webcast drDrew.com's new show, "Drive Me Crazy," which will feature a couple selected by voters on the drDrew.com site who will participate in a three-month long blind date. As college promotional reps for drDrew.com, the couple will travel together across the country encountering everyday life adventures, all recorded on drDrew.com via streaming audio and video, photo updates and daily diaries. The show will kick off its cross-county journey on April 25th at the House of Blues in Los Angeles where the two cast members will meet in person for the very first time. It's the drama of real life. Will they fall in love or hate each other? How will they deal with obstacles they encounter on the road?

"Because we already had an established relationship with INTERVU, we felt confident they could help us push the limits of Webcasting," said Heidi Sinclair, senior vice president of Marketing for drDrew.com. "The 'Drive Me Crazy' show will not only be breakthrough entertainment, but will be a street event bringing drDrew.com to college kids across the nation," she added.

The show will consist of one hour of live streaming video, five hours of live streaming audio, one hour of highlights per day and will run five days per week. INTERVU will provide production services, a satellite truck with uplink capabilities, and streaming services.

"We are pleased to have been selected by drDrew.com to provide an end-to-end streaming media solution for this ground-breaking Web show," said Ed Huguez, chief operating officer for INTERVU. "It's great to see customers like drDrew.com leveraging our streaming media capabilities in new and creative ways to engage and retain loyal online audiences."

Dr. Drew Pinsky, better known as "Dr. Drew," will be broadcasting his semi-weekly Internet show live from INTERVU's booth (No.M10152/Sands) at NAB 2000 in Las Vegas on Monday, April 10 at 3:00pm PT. Internet viewers can catch the show live at drDrew.com.
