From the moment I heard it on the radio, peeps, it gave me chills. Their vocals matured GREATLY since the first album. Okay, so the favorites are STILL the only one who get the solos. They may have matured, but they are still a boyband.
I was beyond giddy to see this new video, as I'm sure all you were. And I was not disappointed. The first shot of Justin blew me away. He sang with so much passion and drama, that he even surprised ME. It was a touching moment, dangit someone hand me a hanky.
Joey was really a disappointment. I mean, the flourecent pink is cool for the summer, but you think he'd dye it back for a video shoot right? Jeez. That pissed me off. And being the mack that he is, he was looking down Gloria Estefan. Lord, will it ever end?
I thought the special effects were appropriate for the type of music it was. Not too excessive but enough to make you go, "Dang! Did you see that?". Also, big ups to Nigel Dick (the director) for picking extras that were diverse. Usually you see big breasted, long legged chicks in their videos. But this time, there were many different types and I was very happy with that.
Lansten, my man. Looking very nice in that v-neck cardigan, if I say so myself. Along with er, JC. Mmm hmm he was looking okay.
Yeah, so it was a little cheesy. I felt like I was watching a VH1 Save the Music Special. But the vocals exceeded any expectations. If the up and coming album is anything like that... these guys will be around longer than we planned.
