The day I met you seemed
Like any ordinary day
I had no ideal it would change Me
In the most unusual way
I had heard some people talking
About friends they had never seen
And always thought that they did not know
What "friend" really means
How could you like someone
You had never seen
Never looked into their eyes
Did no know if they were Mr. Bean
The net was nothing but a puter
Where you could look and shop
Maybe find out some needed info
From site to sit to hop
I searched the net from end to end
Found clothes and cars and furniture
Some stuff on Mars and Saturn too
Never thought I'd find a friend
Then one day by accident
I wander to a room
Where many people where talking
All at once it seemed
I was even more convinced
That all these people were nuts
How could u find a friend
Amongst all this fuss
Then out of the blue
Popped up this small box
Inside was one word "Hi"
Who was this clever fox
Out of proper manners
Just before I leave this place
I should at least say "Hi"
And then I'd leave in a haste
This person was a nut
So I thought
They visit this place by choice
And call strangers friends
I thought I could just say "Bye"
But Oh know they wanted more
First to say "how are U"
Now chatting wasn't such a chore
Before I knew what happened
We had chatted for hours
How in the world did this happen
Did they have magic powers
Now friends I've never seen
Of them I now have many
So now I am the one called
"The Silly Ninny"
