This is the part of my page where you get to find out all the basics about me. Don't ask why I put that picture up there; I guess I just thought it'd be funny. I acutally have no idea who the hell that guy is. My name is Eric (in case you've forgotten), I'm 22 years old, and I am a resident of the Bay Area in northern California. I vote, and you should too, dammit. Go and get registered right now. Or, at least make it a point to go do it whenever you can.
Anyway, I'm about 5'10", and weigh about 170 lbs. (Are you sure you want to know all this stuff?) I don't really care for sports (though I ride bikes very often), and that makes me an uninteresting person, it seems. I play guitar, though I know I'm not the best; I don't care, though(I own a Washburn BT-2 Maverick Series electric, sunburst color, mahogany, very nice). I'm actually seeking to form a band at this time. I love the fall; it's the best time of the year, except for my birthday of course. Something about the early nightfall and harvest moon, I tell ya. My favorite rock band is the Descendents (now known as ALL), but I also enjoy music by the Misfits, Rush, the Police, Frank Zappa, the Dead Kennedys, Black Flag, STP, the Residents... etc. I like eating FOOD, and I love black coffee, the stronger the better. I especially like French Roast and Sumatra coffees, they're the best. As for what I like to read, I thoroughly enjoy the writings of Henry Rollins. I also like the Middle-earth books by J.R.R. Tolkien (i.e. The Lord of the Rings, The Hobbit, The Silmarillion, etc.), Anthem by Ayn Rand, The Catcher in the Rye by J.D. Salinger, the ancient Greek myths, George Orwell's 1984, The Real Frank Zappa Book by FZ himself (duh), American Psycho by Bret Easton Ellis, Still Life With Woodpecker by Tom Robbins, and Rush Limbaugh Is A Big Fat Idiot by Al Franken is another good one. I'm currently reading The Fellowship of the Ring again.
If you don't like reading and think I suck because I happen to like it, that's only because you haven't found or haven't tried to find anything to read that interests you. Turn off the TV and go out and educate yourself; don't depend on the schools to do it for you.
