This is the painting that appeared on the Frankenchrist poster that originally came with the vinyl LP of the album. It was painted by surrealist H.R. Giger (who has won an Academy Award for designing the set for the movie Alien), and had appeared in museums and inside art books in libraries for years, but it was never considered to be "harmful matter" until it appeared in a DK album. Giger himself thought this to be very strange, just as you should too.
