Elevated Owl Boxes on the Naval Air Station in Lemoore, California.
May, 2002

The problem he was there to solve, is an attack of the eucalyptus windbreak by small rodents. Special funding was secured and Brian worked with the Environmental Specialist at the Lemoore Naval Air Station regarding placement. Brian did the research himself to find a suitable design.

20 foot tall poles were used to elevate the Owl Boxes.

A special template was used to properly lineup the bolt holes for the Owl Box

A special designed was researched. They were assembled by the Scouts of Troop 413 at a special evening meeting
