Scoutmaster John Aldous and ROTC Comander Wicks made opening remarks and the proceedures followed in a Flag Retirement

Flags were still being floded as the first guests arrived

Care and Dignity were the format of the evening as over 60 flags were retired. Scouts and ROTC members participated.

Scouts not in the ceremony watched silently as the flags were retired.

Troop 413 Committee Member Beverly Rodriguez was the organizer of this community-wide event. Over 100 flags were collected
