Help Don't Judge To one who is thirsty, A bubbling spring is a miracle. Bringing joy to body and, sioul. Life itself is a miracle. Look at the world around you. Drink deep of the spring of life. Let joy and love fill your soul, Happiness filling your resting place., On your journey through this world, search for contentment and peace. With gladness fill every moment, Every part of every day. Judge no other, yourself as well. Live every day as your last, Don't look on just the masks of others. Look for the bubbling life beneath. Show love for others always. The return will be ten fold if you do. To the ill show compassion and mercy, Help the weary try to find rest, Calm the fears of those is distress. When your day has come to an end. Review to see if your job was well done. If only for a fleeting moment You have helped another in anyway. Send up a song of Thanksgiving. For letting you guide the way. To the bubbling spring of life That will ease the thrist for awhile. by Anna Lee (Morrison) Beamer (1922 - 1993) © 1999 by Robert Michael Beamer |
